How do I set the correct time? I am central standard time, I have no idea what GMT stands for. Please advise. Thanks

Central Time Zome is GMT MINUS 6 hours.

I live in Eastern and I know we're five hours behind London which is GMT

2.click on preferences
3.scroll down to timezone and then choose
