Leave it to that big turd to make feel sympathy for Taylor Swift.

I only thought I hated Taylor. I hate Kanye West. Even if I agreed with him that she shouldn't have won the award, there is no excuse for what he did to her. To interrupt her acceptance speech & humiliate her like that in front of millions.

Taylor Swift, I may never be a fan of your music, but you handled yourself with grace & class & didn't sink to his level. I applaud you for that.

Oh, & Beyonce!!! You go girl!!! That was a classy move.

He disgusts me. She was so happy and surpised she won and to take that happiness away from her a teenage girl is disgusting and appalling. He is a terrible person.

I'm not a huge Taylor fan but I don't have a problem with her music. I even have a couple of her songs on my ringtone list for my cell phone. Kayne's action were those of a little man with an even smaller mind. The only way to avoid stuff like this is to ban him from future awards shows...hell if it were left up to me I'd kick his butt out the US altogether.

And I agree that Beyonce was pure class in allowing Taylor to finish her speech.

He seems to do something stupid every year.

Apparently Kayne was on Jay Leno last night and he apologized for what he did.

That's true, Tim. But it made me glad that Jay got the ratings boost...

& I loved it when Jay asked him what he thought his mother would say about what he did to her & then he cried. I think it really drove it home to Kanye how bad it was. I think he was truly ashamed.

Maybe he won't arrive at the next award show clutching a bottle of Hennessy. His judgement might be a little more clear.

I think I love her music because I wish there had been someone around that wrote songs like she does when I was a teenager (a hundred years or so ago. LOL). I loved Picture to Burn. That song reminded me so much of a couple guys I knew in high school and would have been PERFECT if only it had been around back then.

I guess as a parent I also appreciate that she is fairly 'clean' in her appearance....she no Brittany Spears or Lindsey Lohan...she's a good role model, or seems to be anyway.

I read earlier that after Taylor's appearance on The View this morning that KW called her and spoke to her and apologized and she accepted his apology. I personally would have told him where to shove it. But then I tend to hold a grudge.

Back when I watched GH, the ONLY time I've ever liked Sonny was when they paired him with Alexis. (Although I didn't mind him with Kate later on.)
